RMA Policies

Damaged Product Box
If  you get any damaged products, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. Please  notify ITCPTECHNOLOGIES.COM of damaged goods WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS of receipt. Most  carriers  will only take claims with in this period.

Refusal / Unopened Merchandise
If you  refuse or have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, depending on the item, and circumstances, we will issue you an RMA # and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 20% restocking fee or more. Return shipping to us is at your expense.

 Non-Damaged/Defective, Opened Merchandise
We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.

Defective Products
If you have received defective merchandise you must contact ITCP TECHNOLOGIES as soon as possible. After  20 days  ITCP TECHNOLOGIES WILL ONLY REPLACE THE PRODUCT in a timely manner or give IN HOUSE CREDIT FOR YOUR NEXT PURCHASED. If product is return within 20 days we will CREDIT YOUR account, after reciving the product in our warehouse.

*All return products must have an RMA number or the return will be refused at our warehouse. *

**Shipping fees are not refundable.**

To receive an RMA:

  • Please contact your  ITCP TECHNOLOGIES  ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE (909)276-5141, Mon-Fri 9am-4pm PT, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping product back to ITCP Technologies Warehouse. This will expedite and help ensure the proper action or credit upon processing.
  • In order to expedite a return, please have the following information on hand when requesting an RMA number: Customer number, invoice number, serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/return/credit) and whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer sealed.
  • Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges to ITCP TECHNOLOGIES. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by ITCP TECHNOLOGIES to Customer, at THE  COMPANY expense.
  • Customer is responsible for all risk of loss and damage to products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS or Federal Express. This is for your protection as well as to ensure quick action on your return.
  • All orders or product returned after  30  days will be charged 25% restocking fee and will be  credit as IN HOUSE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only.

Replacement Policy:

  • ITCP Technologies will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item.
  • All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.

Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE POLICIES

Custom orders, bulk orders, volume licensing software, and other products designated as "This Sale Final", "No Returns", or similar language may not be returned.
